FROM YOUR CAMERA TO REVIEW

What happens next?
Each stage answers a different question. An upload receipt means your file arrived; it does not mean it has been accepted, published or earned money.
The review journey
- Prepare your original. Keep the best source file, describe what happened and disclose ownership or permission limits.
- Upload and confirm receipt. Use the secure contributor workspace. Check your uploads for the recorded transfer status; an interrupted transfer may need another attempt.
- Security and file screening. The received file is checked before review. Successful screening does not establish copyright ownership.
- Rights review. The team checks the contributor information and may ask for source files, permission evidence or clarification. Respond through the official workspace or support route.
- Editorial selection. A rights-cleared clip may still be unsuitable for a particular project. No review time or publication is guaranteed.
- Publication and reporting, where applicable. Eligible use and actual qualifying receipts are recorded under your applicable accepted terms. Views, estimates and a saved payment preference are not proof of a completed payment.

REAL CONTRIBUTOR FOOTAGE
A moment above the coastline.
Why context helps: explain where and when you recorded the moment, who operated the camera and any restrictions on its commercial use. Do not send another creator’s footage as your own.
Check the rights before you upload.
A short checklist can prevent avoidable review questions.
