BEFORE YOU UPLOAD
The useful details
make a difference.
- Start with the best original. Keep the camera master where possible. Avoid downloaded reposts and added music you cannot license.
- Tell the real story. Give an accurate description, recording date and location when relevant. Disclose edits, staging or synthetic elements.
- Explain your rights. Say whether you filmed it or hold documented commercial authority. Disclose other licensing companies and restrictions.
- Consider everyone in frame. Flag minors, private settings, identifiable participants and third-party material. Keep relevant permissions available.
- Read before accepting. Review the licence, terms, privacy policy and any applicable amendment in your workspace.
Uploading from your phone?
Use a stable connection and keep your original file available until the upload and screening status are confirmed. Large files may need time to prepare, transfer and check. Follow the workspace’s progress and recovery instructions.
If a transfer stops, return to the same workspace and device before starting another submission. Keep the submission ID and any error message for support. Do not delete or rename the source file while a transfer is in progress.
