The existing contributor footage licence is a non-exclusive licence to Vyrio Media Inc., not an ownership transfer. It grants broad commercial rights, including editing and specified sublicensing.

Your own publishing
You may independently use and license your original subject to existing obligations. Other agency exclusivity can limit what you can grant us. Always disclose previous agreements.
Duration matters
The original licence is perpetual and generally irrevocable except as its terms or mandatory law provide. Closing an account or requesting removal does not automatically end a licence.
Rights beyond copyright
Music, performers, identifiable people, children, private locations and third-party material may need separate permissions. Owning the camera file does not clear every right.

Keep the evidence.
No service can guarantee that a platform will never flag your original footage. If you receive a claim involving our use, contact the existing support team with the affected URL, claim reference, your original submission ID and evidence of ownership.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or recovery links. A rights review may require further evidence. Requests for removal, contract cancellation and privacy deletion are distinct and are considered under the applicable terms and law.
