EARNINGS & REPORTING
Know what
your earnings mean.
A percentage only makes sense when you know what it applies to. Start with the receipts, the original sources and your accepted terms.
How the current amendment describes allocation
For qualifying periods covered by an accepted continuing-earnings amendment, the base allocation is 20% of eligible net attributable receipts, divided across distinct eligible original sources. A verified contributor tier can increase that source’s share. The tier increase is borne by the publisher. Earlier periods and unamended agreements may have different rules.
Actual eligible income received and reconciled.
Distinct eligible originals and the applicable tier.
Review, adjustments and payment checks.
AN EXAMPLE, NOT A FORECAST
Make the calculation tangible.
This illustrates one eligible original source owned by one contributor. It is not your balance, an earnings estimate or a payment offer.

Actual calculations use recorded receipts, rights eligibility, accepted terms, verified effective tier, adjustments and rounding rules.

What about other monetization outlets?
Vyrio’s wider programme may involve multiple productions and outlets, but not every kind of company income is included in your contributor agreement. The original definition excludes certain third-party licensing fees and other income unless a separate signed schedule includes them. Expanded Clip & Earn licensing and payout terms require lawyer approval before launch.
